§ 26-3. Destruction, etc., of trees, shrubs and public property prohibited.

  • (a)

    No person shall willfully or carelessly remove, destroy, cut, deface or in any way injure any tree or shrub in any of the streets, avenues or public highways within the town.

    (b)

    No person shall injure, ruin or destroy any tree, shrub, plant, flowerbed or grass plot, or take away any flower, tree or shrub from any park or injure or deface or tamper with any of the seats, signs, waterworks, buildings or fixtures or other property in said parks.
