§ 20-22. Violations.
Latest version.
Violation of this article shall constitute a public nuisance and, in addition to such other remedies as may be provided in this article, the town may seek abatement of any such nuisance in a court of competent jurisdiction, and if successful in such action, shall be entitled to collect all costs thereof together with a reasonable attorney's fee.
